What do you call second Grandma?

In this post at Alpha Mom, a grandmother asks Amy a question concerning her daughter’s desire to find a different name for her child to call her other than “Grandma.” Her daughter said that her mother-in-law would be called Grandma and there couldn’t be two.

In her response, Amy thought perhaps the mother-in-law might be controlling and putting her daughter up to this, and suggested adding something special to the name Grandma instead of getting rid of the name altogether.
