It’s no longer the times of ‘Leave It to Beaver’ or ‘I Love Lucy'; I’m talking about manners and formality in the modern-day age. Showing a sign of respect is always the proper thing to do, especially when it comes to adults and our elders. Teaching our kids these things at an early age seems like the way to go, a good way to start is to tell our kindergartners to just call us by our first name with the correct greeting in front. For example, “Mrs. Betty”.
