Pregnancy means a lot of things, but one of the physical things it brings is the weight gained during and after pregnancy. As with everyone else, we are all way too busy to include a proper workout schedule into our daily routine. So how do you lose that unwanted weight? Well upon some research I have discovered a new mother who had a wonderful idea of a “motivation jar”, as you can call it. This being a jar filled with strips of paper saying different exercises that you do. It does not have to be an intense exercise but just enough to get your blood pumping and your post-baby weight will be gone before you know it.
